A: We have a 95% success rate with consoles that have never been previously repaired.
Q: What happens if my system fails during the warranty period?
A: Contact us immediately and we will gladly resolve the issue at no cost you you.
Q: How long does it take to get my console back after i've shipped it to you?
A: Once complete you should have your console back in no more than 3 business days as we use priority mail via usps. On average 4-5 business days total.

A: It can vary depending on what needs to be done however we will guarantee the lowest price around.

A: Our arcades are top quality and start at around $1200
Q: What type or arcades can you build?
A: We can build something that fits in your lap all the way up to a 65 inch led showcase cabinet.
Q: How long does the average arcade build take?
A: It can range from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on how you would like it customized.
Q: Do your arcade machines come with a warranty?
A: Absolutely! We offer a full 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

A: Our machines come built in with the ability to copy your dvd/bluray collection over with a simple click of a button.
Q: Are all those games being controlled by an Xbox 360?
A: No that is just the controller we use. What you see is actually the arcade machine front end integrated into the htpc.
